Hi today I went to the gym and then walking in the forest it was a beautiful sunny day. On the way home I went to the Organic farm to buy beautiful fresh vegetables for my raw diet.

Hi my name is Jenny I live in the Uk. I have had many health challenges in the last 6 years , having had breast cancer 4 times. I now live a 100 %raw food lifestyle. I am just training to be a raw food coach. I gave up my whole career as a therapist and started again to work with my passion food. I hope to tell everyone about what worked for me.
