Hello everyone

I am so excited today I have a banner for my new business on my blog page.  I wonder everyday if anyone will ever read this.  I will grow more interesting I promise. I am away for the next week training to be a raw food coach with Karen Knowler . I get all my food made for me by Russell James  The raw chef what a luxury someone to make raw food for me.  I am looking forward to meeting lots of new people.  When I get back home I will be starting to teach raw beginners class  and doing one to one coaching and on the telephone.

I  will be coaching about all sorts of things from my previous existence as a therapist and meta physical teacher. so watch out for my new web site.
