It is my Birthday today , I celebrate a New Year for me , a year of health ,after all these years of being sick. I am celebrating  a  year of raw food. I feel so healthy now .  I know I still have far to go to repair the damage to my body. I am so excited about this year, teaching my raw food classes and helping women to achieve their dreams.  I feel I am doing some of my best work ever ,now I feel I have a real understanding what people need from me. 

I am realising I have a strong connection with the universe , I am the universe it is a part of me.

Lately I am hearing more in peoples voices, seeing more in there faces, I am in awe of this new factor in my life and I am so grateful.
