The Impossible Dream

It is my Birthday today , I celebrate a New Year for me , a year of health ,after all these years of being sick. I am celebrating  a  year of raw food. I feel so healthy now .  I know I still have far to go to repair the damage to my body. I am so excited about this year, teaching my raw food classes and helping women to achieve their dreams.  I feel I am doing some of my best work ever ,now I feel I have a real understanding what people need from me. 

I am realising I have a strong connection with the universe , I am the universe it is a part of me.

Lately I am hearing more in peoples voices, seeing more in there faces, I am in awe of this new factor in my life and I am so grateful.

Hi

This is a little scary today as my blog is actually being published now so I have made a commitment to blog now 3 times a week.  I have to ask you all to forgive my grammar as it is not my strong point.

For the last 20 years or more I have spent my life talking to people as a therapist and coach and had to do very little writing. I have really no idea how typead works , I hope you will all grow along with me. It is my intention to add some photos and nice stuff my designer is doing this a t the moment.

Please someone write to me with some suggestions as to what you might like to see in my blog so it's interesting for you to read.

What am I doing at the moment ?

I am in the middle of building my web site to tell everyone what I am offering.  I pray alot although I am not a religiuos person but want to reach the right people who need my help in the world. My mission is to help women live 'The Impossible Dream'.

I am so lucky in my life ,although I have had a lot of really challenging illness I have had a lot of beautiful people  come into my life to help me through them which in my mind is life balance  working at its best for me.

My journey also led me to raw food which is my other passion. I am happy to say I have now found two place to run my Raw Food Beginners class, which was designed and taught for many years by Karen Knowler. I will begin teaching them in  June.

I am excited about hearing from people all over the world.

My affirmation for today is  :

'I lovingly do everything I can to assist my body in maintaining perfect health'

'I get plently of sleep everynightmy body appreciates how I take care of it'

My task today for you all is :

Learn to say 'Hello' in 4 languages other than your own.
