Hi Everyone

I am sorry I have away but have been quite ill with a virus which ended up messing up my vocal cords for the last 3 months. I am having weekly sessions at the voice gym finding my voice.  This has all been ,is a major journey for me as someone who teaches and coaches for a living. I know I have a voice in there ,it sometimes shows itself.

I am very lucky the right people always show up to help me .  I am having to accept, that this is an experience I am having to go through.

It also meant I had to stop doing my course for the moment with Karen Knowler, I hope to get back to things soon.

I think a lot of people know I had a lot of treatment for cancer ,unfortunately it did weaken my system but I am climbing back.

I have been enjoying some time in Belgium training in Chi Gong with some excellent masters, I now practice 2 hours a day .

I would like everyone who reads this to send me some healing thoughts- thank you .

I have found out through this experience that belief is tested daily, hourly.
